CHICAGO (CBS) – Police late Thursday arrested a person suspected of snatching a 7-year-old woman in South Shore.
As CBS 2’s Jermont Terry reported Thursday night time, the little woman was taken to the College of Chicago’s Comer Kids’s Hospital to get checked out. Whereas she did not have any outer or seen scars or accidents, investigators and docs wanted to verify the woman was OK general.
It was not clear late Thursday how lengthy the kid was alone with the person.
However what we do know is that at 5:37 p.m., police obtained a name a couple of kidnapping within the 7600 block of South Coles Avenue. It seems somebody within the space noticed the person strolling with the woman and believed the kid was in misery.
When officers arrived, a 23-year-old man becoming the outline was noticed on a second-floor balcony. As officers received nearer, they seen the person was participating in what police known as an “indecent act” in entrance of the little woman.
It isn’t clear whether or not the kid was on the balcony with the person on the time, or how the person received a maintain of the kid.
Police arrested the person instantly and introduced the woman to the hospital to get checked out.
