Dallas high-rise evacuated for ‘slight odor of fuel’

DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) – Your entire condominium constructing on the East Quarter Residences was evacuated earlier this night.  

At 6:57 p.m., Dallas Fireplace-Rescue items had been dispatched to a name for a carbon monoxide emergency at 315 South Cesar Chavez Boulevard. 

Dallas Fireplace-Rescue mentioned that preliminary studies indicated alarms had been going off on a number of flooring. Some residents complained that there was a slight odor of fuel and one resident was taken to a neighborhood hospital for analysis. 

The Plano Fireplace Division and HazMat groups joined Dallas Fireplace-Rescue for readings within the 20-story high-rise constructing. 

Based on Dallas Fireplace-Rescue, there have been a number of flooring with constructive readings. Officers are nonetheless making an attempt to establish the supply.
