A Y2K22 bug in Microsoft’s FIP-FS anti-malware scanning engine seems to be stopping Change on-premise servers world wide from delivering electronic mail  —  Microsoft Change on-premise servers can’t ship electronic mail beginning on January 1st, 2022, resulting from a “12 months 2022” bug within the FIP-FS anti-malware scanning engine.
